MARSHALL -- A 2019 Dodge driven by a 17-year-old Texas boy collided with a 1996 Chevrolet driven by a 48-year-old Moorhead man in a personal injury accident reported at 10:41 p.m. Friday on the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. The driver and juvenile passenger of the Dodge were treated for minor injuries, and the driver of the Chevrolet was arrested for fifth degree controlled substance, criminal vehicular operation, driving after cancellation/IPS, fleeing and held for court in the Lyon County Jail, Police said.
