MINNEOTA — An 18-year-old man was cited for not having a valid driver’s license, and a 20-year-old man was cited for not having a valid driver’s license and speeding, in a traffic incident at 5:59 a.m. Wednesday on Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
