TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 2:12 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of East Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 30-year-old man was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving after suspension, in a traffic incident at 1:04 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of North Hill Street and Poplar Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was arrested on Lyon County warrants at 10:55 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

TYLER — A 71-year-old man was arrested for DWI and open bottle at 5:48 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of County Road 51, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Unemployment fraud reported at 5:02 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of Country Club Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a traffic incident at 3:25 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South Bruce Street and Washington Avenue, Marshall Police said.
