MARSHALL — Broken windows in an entrance door reported at 7:28 a.m. Thursday the 200 block of North Fourth Street are under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL _ A 36-year-old man was arrested for assaulting law enforcement, obstructing legal process, disorderly conduct and assaulting ambulance personnel at 9:03 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A suspicious incident reported at 8:13 p.m. Wednesday on Clifton Circle is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 35-year-old man was cited for having expired vehicle registration and no proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 7:33 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
TAUNTON — A 59-year-old woman was arrested for violating a harassment restraining order at 7:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 3800 block of the Lyon/Lincoln County Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of failure to appear charges against a 45-year-old man, in an incident at 3:09 p.m. Wednesday, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A family matter was reported at 1:54 p.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of Harvey Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — An incident reported at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Craig Avenue and Otis Court, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
TRACY — An incident reported at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 2700 block of Lyon County Road 2 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
