MARSHALL — A violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order reported at 6:34 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft of a boys’ style bicycle reported at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of South A Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 46-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said. In connection with the same incident, a report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges against a 40-year-old woman for aiding an offender, Police said.
MINNEOTA — A family matter was reported at 12:05 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
TRACY – An animal complaint was reported at 10:09 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — Harassment reported at 9 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Criminal sexual conduct was reported at 8:37 a.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
BALATON — The owner of a dog that bit a man in an incident reported at 7:10 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North Washington Avenue was cited for nuisance dog, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
