MARSHALL -- A violation of a domestic abuse no-contact order reported at 6:34 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL -- Theft of a boys' style bicycle reported at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of South A Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON -- The owner of a dog that bit a man in an incident reported at 7:10 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North Washington Avenue was cited for nuisance dog, the Lyon County Sheriff's Office said.
