BALATON — A suspicious vehicle reported at 11:21 p.m. Monday at the intersection of South Summit Avenue and West First Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
BALATON — Parties in an assault reported at 8:39 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of North Washington Avenue were separated, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — An incident involving a pursuit that started around 7:14 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 6:24 p.m. Monday on the 1600 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 41-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant at 6:06 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of F Street, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A 43-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation and failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 5:04 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 320th Avenue and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 1:22 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Elizabeth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
