BALATON — Theft of services reported at 10:16 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of South Summit Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

TAUNTON — An incident reported at 12:15 p.m. Friday on the 3800 block of Lyon Lincoln Road is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

GARVIN — An incident reported at 1:31 p.m. Fridya on the 2500 block of Lyon County Road 54 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sherif’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD — A 23-year-old man was cited for DWI, open container and no Minnesota driver’s license in an incident reported at 5:04 p.m. Saturday on Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD — An 18-year-old man was cited for exhibition driving in an incident reported at 6:46 p.m. Saturday on the 800 block of North Barstad Road, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 8:12 a.m. Sunday on the 1000 block of Travis Road is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
