MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges against a 24-year-old man of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle, in an incident at 11:01 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of South Minnesota Highway 23 and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A male driver was cited for an instruction permit violation, in connection with an accident where a vehicle struck a stop sign at 5:33 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of North Minnesota Highway 23 and Stadium Drive, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 7:45 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of East Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
COTTONWOOD — A burglary reported at 4:33 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of East Fourth Street North is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Theft was reported at 12:16 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of East Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MINNEOTA — A civil matter was reported at 7:02 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Lyon Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A dog bite incident reported at 7:01 p.m. Friday on the 3000 block of 260th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle that was stuck in the snow at 2:30 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Hudson Avenue was towed, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A vehicle struck a gas meter in a property damage accident reported at 11:34 a.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. The building was cleared as a precaution, but there were no injuries reported, Police said.
BALATON — A single-vehicle crash was reported at 11:45 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 170th Street and Lyon County Road 7, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported, the Sheriff’s Office said.
