RUSSELL — A 40-year-old man was cited for speeding at 7:19 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of 170th Street and Minnesota Highway 91, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on an incident of check fraud at 5:17 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 4:01 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A domestic incident was reported at 11:18 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of West Third Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 6:18 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of East Fourth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

LYND — A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported at 1:49 p.m. Wednesday on the 2100 block of Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported, the Sheriff’s Office said.

LYON COUNTY — One person was injured in a single-vehicle rollover crash reported at 1:25 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 59 in Sodus Township, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2005 Buick LaCrosse driven by Michael Larry Metz, 47, of Balaton, was southbound on Highway 59 when the vehicle went off the road, entered the east ditch and rolled, the State Patrol said.

Road conditions were snowy or icy at the time of the crash, the State Patrol said.

A passenger in the vehicle, Barbara Jo Corbitt, 68, of Balaton, was taken to Sanford Tracy Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. Metz was uninjured, the State Patrol said.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office and North Memorial Ambulance also responded at the crash scene.
