MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was arrested for DWI, open bottle, driving after revocation and failure to provide proof of insurance at 10:13 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Two juvenile runaways reported at 7:03 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of Cheryl Avenue were found and returned to their residence, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 22-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 11:45 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — An incident reported at 10:34 a.m. Monday on the 2100 block of 150th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
