MARSHALL — Theft reported at 10:05 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old Marshall man was arrested for DWI and a 20-year-old Marshall man was arrested for release conditions violation in an incident reported at 1:47 a.m. Sunday on the 100 block of North First Street, Marshall Police said.

GHENT — A 42-year-old woman was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 10:58 a.m. Thursday on the intersection of East Burlingame Street and South Collins Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

COTTONWOOD — A 44-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 12:23 p.m. Thursday on the intersection of Lindsay Drive and West First Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MINNEOTA — A 44-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 2:53 p.m. Thursday on the intersection of East First Street and North Jefferson Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 22-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free violation in an incident reported at 10:52 a.m. Thursday on the 1800 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A hit-and-run incident reported at 3:57 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of Lilac Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A 2015 Toyota driven by a 63-year-old Marshall woman collided with a 2008 Chevrolet driven by a 67-year-old Marshall woman in a property damage accident reported at 10:25 a.m. Friday on the intersection of West College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

A 2017 Chevrolet driven by a 20-year-old Marshall man collided with a parked and unattended 2020 Chevrolet in a property damage accident reported at 3:56 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Cheryl Avenue, Marshall Police said.
