MARSHALL — A 42-year-old man was arrested for DWI at 1:49 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and East Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — An adult female was bitten by a cat at 2:08 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 46-year-old intoxicated man reported at 12:58 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and O’Connell Street was taken to the emergency room, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 46-year-old intoxicated man reported at 10:33 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East Main Street was served a trespassing order and removed from the premises, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A burglary reported at 8:52 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of North Sixth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 35-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation at 1:55 a.m. Monday at the intersection of West College Drive and Marvin Schwan Memorial Drive, Marshall Police said.
