MARSHALL — A 35-year-old Balaton man was cited for expired registration and no proof of insurance in an incident reported at 9:36 a.m. Friday on the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A juvenile runaway was located and returned home in an incident reported at 11:47 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of Timberlane Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 22-year-old Marshall man was cited for driving after revocation and no insurance in an incident reported at 11:35 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of C Street and East Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A dog was placed in impound and later released to its owner in an animal complaint reported at 5:14 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of South Second Street, Marshall Police said.
