MARSHALL — A 32-year-old man was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in a traffic incident at 6:17 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Jewett Street and East College Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 3:24 p.m. Monday on the 600 block of Sherman Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 2:32 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
GHENT — A burglary reported at 12:31 p.m. Monday on the 3000 block of 170th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MINNEOTA — A burglary was reported at 11:22 a.m. Monday on Van’s Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — The owner of a dog at large reported at 9:51 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Maple Street was given a warning, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD — A 37-year-old man was cited for speeding at 9:19 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and 290th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle sideswiped a semi trailer in a property damage accident reported at 3:12 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
