MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 21, was arrested for DWI, controlled substance crime and on a warrant at 11:18 p.m. Saturday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said. A Marshall man, 28, was also cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana in the incident, Police said.
