MARSHALL — A 19-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 2:20 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 290th Avenue and Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

FLORENCE — An incident reported at 1:30 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of expired vehicle registration, attempt to evade tax and failure to transfer title charges against a 20-year-old man in an incident at 12:28 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
