MARSHALL — Two 21-year-old men were cited for a loud and noisy gathering at 12:27 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of North A Street, Marshall Police said.
COTTONWOOD — A 55-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 7:33 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Lindsay Drive and West First Street South, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
COTTONWOOD — A person with a harassment complaint reported at 5:07 p.m. Monday on West Fourth Street South was advised, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions of release in Yellow Medicine County at 4:56 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
