MARSHALL — Two 21-year-old men were cited for a loud and noisy gathering at 12:27 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of North A Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A 55-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 7:33 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Lindsay Drive and West First Street South, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — A person with a harassment complaint reported at 5:07 p.m. Monday on West Fourth Street South was advised, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was arrested for violating conditions of release in Yellow Medicine County at 4:56 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Property damage was reported at 4:41 p.m. Monday on the 1600 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was arrested on a Wadena County apprehend and detain order at 1:59 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 30-year-old man was cited for a hands-free device violation at 12:38 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and C Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A stray cat was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint incident at 11:08 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of Genesis Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Vandalism of a political sign was reported at 10:35 a.m. Monday on the 1200 block of Westwood Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 34-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 9:03 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.
