MARSHALL — A report is being sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of burglary and damage to property charges in an incident reported at 4:12 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of North Third Street, Marshall Police said. An adult male was trespassed from the residence, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 24-year-old South Shore, S.D. man was arrested for DWI, and a 23-year-old South Shore S.D. man was cited for open bottle in an incident reported at 4:25 a.m. Saturday on the 1400 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A scam reported at 5:47 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of East Redwood Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of a Schwinn bicycle was reported at 7:05 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.
