GHENT — A 27-year-old man was cited for giving a false name and date of birth to an officer in an incident at 9:47 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Burlingame Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 40-year-old man was arrested for violating release conditions at 8:02 p.m. Monday on the 700 block of Marguerite Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 44-year-old man was arrested for violating release conditions at 6:55 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA — The driver of a vehicle involved in a crash with a semi truck at 4:25 p.m. Monday at the intersection of 160th Avenue and 370th Street was cited for driving without due care, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported in the crash, the Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 17-year-old boy was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at 1:26 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West Marshall Street and North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 34-year-old man was cited for having an unregistered vehicle, failure to provide proof of insurance, speeding, and not having a motorcycle endorsement at 1:08 p.m. Monday at the intersection of North Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was served a trespassing notice in a public disturbance at 11:07 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of South Sixth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 34-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections apprehend and detain order at 10:40 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
RUSSELL — Damage to gates reported at 6:54 a.m. Monday on the 1900 block of 175th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
