TRACY — A public disturbance was reported at 12:42 a.m. Thursday on the 300 block of East First Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 11:08 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A 23-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 8:15 p.m. Wednesday on West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 30-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation at 6:14 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 21-year-old man was cited for a hands-free device violation at 5:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 25-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation and not wearing a seat belt at 4:26 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Redwood Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 49-year-old man was cited for a hands-free device violation at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

GHENT — A 34-year-old man was cited for having expired vehicle registration and no proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 2:06 p.m. Wednesday on the 3300 block of Minnesota Highway 68, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 57-year-old man was cited for a limited driver’s license violation in a traffic incident at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and South Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 43-year-old man was cited for failure to drive with due care in connection with a single-vehicle rollover crash at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 2200 block of 290th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported in the crash, the Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — A 59-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free device violation at 12:13 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Barstad Road and West Prairie Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — A 33-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation and failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 11:08 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West First Street and East Park Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle struck the concrete base of a stop sign in a property damage accident reported at 9:40 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
