MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 45, was arrested on a warrant at 1:03 a.m. Sunday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 32, was arrested for DWI and leaving the scene of an accident at 10:44 p.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A hit and run incident reported at 8:59 a.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 19, was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in a traffic incident at 12:09 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of South Sixth Street and West Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents
BALATON — Two people were injured in a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning in Balaton, the Minnesota State Patrol said. The crash was reported at 4:03 a.m. on U.S. Highway 14. A 2020 Dodge Ram driven by Jordan Hunter Rushing, 22, of Bogue Chitto, Mississippi, was traveling eastbound on Highway 14 when it left the roadway on a curve and rolled, the State Patrol said. Rushing and a passenger in the Dodge, 23-year-old Kervin Ken Lopez, of Wichita, Texas, were both transported to Sioux Falls with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. The Balaton Fire Department, Tracy Ambulance, North Memorial Ambulance and North Memorial Air Care all responded at the crash scene, the State Patrol said.
