MARSHALL — A Marshall boy, 16, was cited for violating a provisional driver’s license, and a Marshall woman, 19, was cited for minor consumption in a traffic incident reported at 9:28 p.m. Saturday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 64, was arrested on a warrant at 3:46 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to Human Services in an incident at 3:18 p.m. Saturday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 22, was arrested for controlled substance crime in a traffic incident at 1 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Main Street and North Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was arrested for DWI at 10:05 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East Main Street and South First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 4:35 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of Mason Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 22, was arrested for assault, false imprisonment, domestic assault and predatory offender registration violation in an incident at 3:49 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 43, was arrested for giving a false name to law enforcement, and a report was sent to the city attorney’s office for consideration of assault charges, in an incident at 12:56 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 12:36 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Property damage reported at 11:48 a.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney and Human Services in a domestic incident at 2:29 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.
