MARSHALL — A 67-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and failure to obey a traffic control device at 4:28 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said.
GARVIN — A 24-year-old man was cited for speeding at 8:49 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Fourth Street and U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MINNEOTA — Theft was reported at 6:51 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — An illegal taxi service reported at 5:19 p.m. Monday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 68-year-old man was cited for driving after cancellation in a traffic incident at 12:01 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 33-year-old man was arrested on a Redwood County warrant in an incident at 11:36 a.m. Monday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
