TRACY — A domestic incident was reported at 2:06 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was arrested for fourth degree property damage and disorderly conduct at 9:22 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A threat was reported at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GARVIN — A 46-year-old man was arrested for third degree assault in an incident at 8:24 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Grant Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A mailbox was damaged by a vehicle at 8:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Two people were cited in an incident reported at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said. A 23-year-old man was cited for allowing a prohibited person to drive, and a 24-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of cash reported at 4:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 38-year-old man was arrested for credit card fraud in an incident reported at 4:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 34-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant, as well as for animal cruelty, fleeing law enforcement and possession of drug paraphernalia at 2:34 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A tobacco violation by a 17-year-old boy was reported at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Second Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 9:53 a.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Check fraud reported at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A boys’ style bicycle reported found at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Seventh Street was taken to storage, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A scam reported at 8:03 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
