MARSHALL — A 58-year-old man was arrested for a domestic abuse no contact order violation in an incident reported at 2:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 1800 block of Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
BALATON — An incident reported at 3:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West Second Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL — A criminal sexual incident reported at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday in Marshall is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A vehicle was damaged by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said. The matter is under investigation, Police said.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle property damage accident was reported at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday on the intersection of West Fairview Street and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said. There were no injuries, Police said.
