TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 2:02 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — Several people received citations in an incident at 1:09 a.m. Wednesday on Emerald Court, Marshall Police said. A 19-year-old woman was cited for minor consumption and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia; a 19-year-old woman was cited for minor consumption; a 20-year-old man was cited for minor consumption; a 20-year-old woman was cited for minor consumption; and a 19-year-old man was cited for minor consumption, Police said. A report was also sent to the city attorney for consideration of probation violation charges against a 21-year-old man, Police said.
MARSHALL — A 40-year-old man was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 11:06 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and North First Street, Marshall Police said.
GARVIN — A house fire reported at 10:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of 265th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — Harassment was reported at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Third Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A 19-year-old driver was cited for failure to yield in a collision with a cyclist at 8:11 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Sunrise Lane and Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said. The 83-year-old cyclist received minor injuries, but was not transported by EMS, Police said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle struck a fire hydrant in a property damage accident at 9:20 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Boxelder Avenue and North Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 7:04 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
