MARSHALL — A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of fifth degree assault charges against a 61-year-old man in an incident at 11:40 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.
TRACY — An incident was reported at 10:07 a.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Harvey Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
