MARSHALL — A 26-year-old man was cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana at 11:34 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Southview Drive and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Bicycle theft reported at 6:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Jean Avenue is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A report is pending on a scam at 3:11 p.m. Tuesday on West Vermillion Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 3 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of West College Drive, is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A 38-year-old man was cited for speeding at 1:13 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Barstad Road and West First Street South, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — Found property was reported at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday on East Cottonwood Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday on the 2500 block of Lyon County Road 7 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of State Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to a sink in a public restroom was reported at 8:22 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for DUI, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia at 7:31 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 4:15 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North Jefferson Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 11:57 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Seventh Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL — A single-vehicle rollover crash was reported at 10:01 a.m. Tuesday on Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported, the Sheriff’s Office said.
