MARSHALL — A burglary reported at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of West College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 29-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 7:38 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South First Street and East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — A 38-year-old woman was arrested for DWI at 6:16 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Central Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — Identity theft reported at 1:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of South Sixth Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
