MARSHALL — A 65-year-old man was cited for careless driving and failure to stop at a stop sign in connection with a two-vehicle crash at 6:33 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Main Street and Channel Parkway, Marshall Police said. The man was driving a semi truck that struck another vehicle, Police said. The driver of the other vehicle went to the emergency room with a possible minor injury, Police said.
