MARSHALL —Â Criminal sexual conduct reported at 2:01 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL —Â A 37-year-old woman was cited for having expired vehicle tabs at 12:27 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of C Street and East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL —Â A 36-year-old man was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 11:08 a.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — An incident reported at 4:13 p.m. Saturday on the 1100 block of 230th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — A warrant pickup incident was reported at 3:09 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Tenth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
COTTONWOOD — An 18-year-old woman was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 2:33 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Lindsay Drive and Old Highway 17, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
COTTONWOOD —Â A 58-year-old man was cited for speeding at 8:39 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 330th Avenue and Lyon County Road 22, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
