MARSHALL — A hit-and-run incident was reported at 4:42 p.m. Sunday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A driver was cited for violation of an instruction permit in an incident reported at 12:18 p.m. Sunday on the intersection of North Third Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
