MARSHALL — A 23-year-old woman was cited for violating a harassment restraining order at 6:02 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 16-year-old male was cited for speeding at 5:42 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and North Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
