MARSHALL — An assault reported at 2:20 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 31, was arrested for violating release conditions at 1:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Three people were cited in an incident reported at 1:03 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Redwood Street and North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said. A Marshall man, 18, was cited for minor consumption, a 17-year-old Marshall male was cited for minor consumption, and a 16-year-old Marshall male was cited for minor consumption and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on an intoxication incident at 11:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft from a motor vehicle reported at 1:25 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 25-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant, and for driving after revocation, in a traffic incident at 10:15 a.m. Monday at the intersection of West Main Street and Channel Parkway, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A stray black Lab mix reported at 8:10 a.m. Monday on the 400 block of Donita Avenue was brought to the kennel and later released to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 1:47 a.m. Monday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said. The vehicle was recovered by the Minnesota State Patrol, Police said.

Accidents

GHENT — A vehicle in a rollover accident at 8:06 a.m. Monday near the intersection of 220th Avenue and Lyon County Road 8 ended up on top of a frozen creek, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The vehicle slid into the ditch and rolled onto the creek, but didn’t break through the ice, the Sheriff’s Office said. No injuries were reported, the Sheriff’s Office said.
