MARSHALL — A 23-year-old woman was arrested for DWI at 1:04 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

LYND — A report is pending on an animal complaint at 12:03 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A threat reported at 9:54 p.m. Thursday on the 900 block of East Fairview Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 36-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield to a pedestrian in the crosswalk at 7:59 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Main Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 39-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 7:52 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — A 19-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 7:17 p.m. Thursday on the 3600 block of Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A stolen vehicle was recovered in an incident reported at 2:48 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 43-year-old man was cited for speeding at 1:44 p.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 22-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections apprehend and detain order, at 11:47 a.m. Thursday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — An incident reported at 11:14 a.m. Thursday on the 1800 block of U.S. Highway 14 is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 10:20 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A girls’ style bicycle reported found at 7:01 a.m. Thursday on the 1500 block of Carlson Street was taken to storage, Marshall Police said.
