MARSHALL — A suspicious incident reported at 4:19 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was arrested for fourth degree DWI, failure to provide proof of insurance and speeding at 9:20 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile male reported as a runaway at 6:57 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Whitney Street was found and returned home, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Credit card fraud reported at 3:34 p.m. Monday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a public disturbance at 3:18 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Credit card fraud reported at 2:22 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of Peterson Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A drug related incident reported at 11:23 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of North Sixth Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on an incident with an intoxicated person at 10:25 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Second Street, Marshall Police said.

GHENT — Burglary reported at 10:06 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of Loomis Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s office said.

TRACY — Theft was reported at 9:43 a.m. Monday on the 700 block of Craig Avenue, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 7:26 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 265th Avenue and Lyon County Road 33, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

COTTONWOOD — A report is pending on a personal injury accident at 8 a.m. Monday at the intersection of 290th Avenue and Lyon County Road 10, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
