MARSHALL — A 45-year-old man was arrested for DWI, driving after cancellation – inimical to public safety, failure to provide proof of insurance, alcohol use after a driving violation, and open bottle at 1:06 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and East Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 63-year-old man was cited for speeding at 10:02 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and North High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile runaway reported at 6:54 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Jewett Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

BALATON — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges of violating a trespassing order against a 30-year-old man, in an incident reported at 1:56 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of West Second Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 75-year-old man was cited for driving after cancellation at 1:01 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Parkside Drive and Evergreen Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A report is pending on a property damage accident at 10:20 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 12:08 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and C Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
