MARSHALL — A 24-year-old man was arrested for third degree DWI at 1:30 a.m. Friday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and Parkside Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 28-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 12:44 a.m. Friday at the intersection of East Main Street and North First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 11:24 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and Hamden Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An 18-year-old man was arrested for fourth degree DWI at 9:12 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East College Drive and Market Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Auto theft was reported at 8:59 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Emory Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

RUSSELL — A report was sent in for consideration of charges of speeding and a farmer’s permit violation against a juvenile male at 7:46 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 150th Avenue and Lyon County Road 2, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a scam at 3:36 p.m. Thursday on the 800 block of Hackberry Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A family matter was reported at 1:53 p.m. Thursday on the 200 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

RUSSELL — An 18-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 10:45 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Lyon County Road 2 and Lyon County Road 31, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — An incident reported at 10:08 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of North Redwood Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 8:49 a.m. Thursday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
