MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 10:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious vehicle was reported at 9:04 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 6:02 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Ellis Avenue and Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said.

LYND — A 32-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 5:03 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 47-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield, in connection with a two-vehicle crash at 3:36 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Canoga Park Drive, Marshall Police said. One person involved in the crash was taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with possible minor injuries, Police said.

MARSHALL — A 29-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 2:57 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Criminal sexual conduct was reported at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 49-year-old man was arrested for DUI at 9:26 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, and was placed on a 12-hour hold, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft of a package reported at 8:55 a.m. Tuesday on Heritage Circle is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — A civil matter was reported at 12:57 a.m. Tuesday at the trailer court, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
