MARSHALL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 6:59 a.m. Tuesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 47-year-old man was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic incident at 12:36 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of West Lyon Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 40-year-old man was cited for driving without headlights after dark, and not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license, at 7:27 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
