MARSHALL — A male was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in an incident reported at 5:24 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Huron Road and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance at 11:51 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Washington Avenue and South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 11:04 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of North Fourth Street and Walnut Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Harassment was reported at 4:48 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Elm Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — Theft was reported at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 2:52 p.m. Wednesday on Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

COTTONWOOD — An incident reported at 12:31 p.m. Wednesday on East Vermillion Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a hit-and- run incident at 11:15 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Assault was reported at 10:44 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of North Monroe Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A driver was cited for failure to drive with due care in connection with a rear-end collision at 7:55 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Hill Street, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.

MARSHALL — Burglary reported at 6:28 a.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
