MARSHALL — A 40-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 12:08 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and Minnesota Highway 23, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 53-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant at 8:43 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
LYND — A 36-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 7:56 a.m. Monday on the 1900 block of Lyon County Road 4, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A cyclist was struck by a vehicle at 7:56 a.m. Monday at the intersection of East College Drive and South Whitney Street, Marshall Police said. The cyclist was taken by ambulance to Avera Marshall Medical Center with a possible minor injury, Police said.
