TRACY — A 61-year-old man was cited for speeding at 8:08 a.m. Friday on the 3100 block of U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 35-year-old woman was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license and not having insurance, in a traffic incident at 4:51 a.m. Friday at the intersection of North Fourth Street and Walnut Street, Marshall Police said.
