MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 33, was cited for shoplifting, disorderly conduct and obstructing legal process at 4:01 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A cat at large was reported at 8:35 a.m. Sunday on Impala Court, Marshall Police said.
