BALATON — A report is pending on the theft of a scooter at 1:40 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South Mound Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

GHENT — A search warrant was executed in an incident reported at 8:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West McQuestion Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. A 41-year-old woman was also arrested for a restraining order violation, the Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 24-year-old man was arrested on a Department of Corrections apprehend and detain order at 4:07 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
