MARSHALL — Two dogs were taken to the kennel in an animal complaint at 8:21 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A passenger in a vehicle, age 32, was cited for open container and giving a false name and date of birth in a traffic incident at 1:22 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Airport Road and West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An 18-year-old man was cited for an auxiliary light violation in a traffic incident at 11:16 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 31-year-old man was arrested for violating a harassment restraining order at 8:20 p.m. Monday on the 1200 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges in connection with damage to a trailer window, theft and trespassing at 5:22 p.m. Monday on Warsaw Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on theft at 4:13 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of South High Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Shoplifting reported at 2:42 p.m. Monday on the 1400 block of Boyer Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on a possible restraining order violation at 1:05 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of North Sixth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 31-year-old woman was arrested on a Redwood County warrant at 12:38 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation and failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 12:35 p.m. Monday on the 500 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Scratches to a garage door reported at 12:01 p.m. Monday on the 800 block of North Sixth Street are under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A juvenile male cyclist was taken to Avera Marshall Medical Center with possible injuries, after being struck by a motor vehicle at 1:59 p.m. Monday at the intersection of South Second Street and West Gray Place, Marshall Police said.
