MARSHALL — A 35-year-old man was arrested for DWI and placed on a 12-hour hold at 6:11 p.m. Sunday on U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — A suspicious incident was reported at 4:42 p.m. Sunday on the 300 block of East Second Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 10:48 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Seventh Street, Tracy Police said.

BALATON — A person reporting a Facebook scam at 1:12 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of Sixth Street was advised, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

BALATON — A 54-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident reported at 7:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 230th Avenue and U.S. Highway 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 3:35 p.m. Friday on the 700 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MINNEOTA — Found property was reported at 10:25 a.m. Friday at the intersection of 240th Avenue and Minnesota Highway 68, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
