GARVIN — A 44-year-old man was arrested for fifth degree assault and disorderly conduct, and a 46-year-old man was arrested on a Minnehaha County warrant in an incident reported at 11:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Second Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 7:13 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Seventh Street and Harvey Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
BALATON — A report is pending on damage to a building at 6:12 p.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of Third Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
