MARSHALL — A tobacco violation reported at 10:56 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Second Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A tobacco violation reported at 10:57 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHAL — A drug and narcotics incident reported at 11:47 a.m. Friday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said. MARSHALL — Theft reported at 1:18 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A school bus stop arm violation reported at 1:28 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall woman, 23, was arrested on a warrant in an incident reported at 2:55 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 30, was arrested on a warrant in an incident reported at 3:38 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was forwarded to Probation in a domestic incident reported at 9:30 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report was forwarded for violation of release conditions in an incident reported at 12:22 a.m. Sunday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A property damage accident was reported at 9:26 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2003 Buick driven by a Ruthton man, 19, and a 2003 Dodge driven by an Ivanhoe woman, 61, were in a personal injury accident reported at 1:03 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of East Main Street and Susan Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 2004 Chevrolet driven by a Marshall woman, 29, and a 2001 Toyota driven by a Marshall man, 27, were in a personal injury accident reported at 7:27 p.m. Saturday on the intersection of North Fifth Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
